My experience at the Google Headquarters.
My first impression of Google was unbelievable. The building itself was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and very patient with us, while it took us a while to settle down and get ourselves sorted. The presentation was great and very informative. I especially enjoyed how calm and positive it was. The volunteers talked very well and spoke with a lot of confidence. I loved how the presenters talked about their own life experiences and Career paths and how different they were from one another.
But overall, my favourite part was definitely the little buffet and their delicious chocolate chip cookies, and plantable pencils. I think it was amazing how after using one, you can plant it. It was a very good day, which opened my mind to a completely different college course, after school.
