This year due to Covid restrictions we are unable to carry out the Parent-Teacher meetings in the traditional manner. We understand the importance for staff and parents of getting time to communicate and discuss the progress of their son/daughter in school.
The parent teacher meeting will take place online using the Zoom meeting software. To schedule the appointments for parents to meet with teachers, the school will be using PTMorganiser software.
Zoom Meeting Details will be posted here on the day of the parent teacher meeting.
There are a few important pieces of information for the PT Meeting.
- Please use the zoom meeting platform to access the teachers individual meetings. https://zoom.us/
- Please inure that your display name is correct when logging onto ZOOM. This is important is so teachers know who is in the waiting room and can admit you to the meeting.
- Time slots are only 5 minutes in length so please make sure that we don’t go over these slots as it will have an effect on every parent’s rota.
For those parents who cannot attend, we will be sending out our usual school reports in January which will give you all a good insight into how your son/daughter is doing in school.
